The Ultra Purify with Zeolite water filtration filter element is the top of the line filter element produced by Doctor Agua. Besides ordinary contaminent removal this filter element will also remove mercury, lead, aluminum, arsenic and microplastics from your water. In addition, it also eleminates radioactive isotopes such as plutonium and uranium. This filter element is made from a 100% ecological ceramic body with zeolite (0,2 microns) combined with an activated carbon block, silver particles and limescale-reducing beads. Therefore, contaminated water spends more time within it filter element which delivers better filter performance. Filtration Stages
Stage 1– Ceramic Outer body. Natural ceramic ultrafiltration with a 0.2 micron porous mesh with Zeolite incooperation. It will retain suspended particles, turbidity, cysts, sediments, mold, radioactivity, aluminum and mercury among others.
Stage 2 – Silver particles act as a bactericidal, antifungal, antiviral and disinfectant. The silver gives the filter bacteriostatic properties that prevent mitosis and allow it to self-sterilize.
Stage 3 – A high density activated carbon block will adsorb heavy metals, chlorine, medicines, phenols and hydrocarbons. It is a very compact block that allows the water to spend more time in this stage, thus increasing its effectiveness.
